Voice-Agent E-Commerce Solution

Developed a voice-agentic e-commerce platform that allows customers to order pizza through real-time voice conversations or chat messaging. The solution delivers a natural, AI-powered shopping experience where users can browse menus, customise pizzas with add-ons, apply promotions, and complete multi-step checkout—all through speech or text. The system integrates speech recognition, dialogue management, and order validation to ensure accurate transactions. Customers receive live updates on their order status, with seamless synchronisation across both voice and chat interfaces.

Next.js 15 Real-Time Application

Architected and developed a responsive Next.js 15 frontend with real-time UI updates, supporting both voice-driven and chat-based ordering flows.

LiveKit Agent Voice Interface

Integrated LiveKit Agent to enable natural voice interactions through speech-to-text and text-to-speech, delivering a seamless conversational experience.

FastAPI Order Management System

Engineered a FastAPI backend to manage the full order lifecycle (cart, confirmation, payment) and ensure real-time state synchronisation via WebSockets.

Fast MCP Server

Connected AI orchestration with a Fast MCP server for intent parsing, reasoning, and order validation, transforming natural language into structured order commands.

Modular Commerce Platform

Implemented modular e-commerce logic, including menu browsing, promotions, add-ons, and multi-step checkout processes.

Containerised Solution
